Made-to-order pendants are usually ready to dispatch in 2–3 weeks. This is the time to make your pendant, before delivery begins. For a bespoke commission, we agree the production schedule with you individually; if you are ordering for a particular occasion, tell us the date before placing your order.

After dispatch, UK delivery is next day, USA delivery is two business days, and European delivery is three to five business days. Your jewellery is insured in transit. We cover duties and taxes for US and European orders. For other destinations, ask our team to confirm the delivery estimate and any import charges before ordering.

For a bespoke pendant, send us your idea, reference images, approximate dimensions, metal and diamond preferences, and budget. Names, symbols and personal references can be starting points. Tell us whether you need a chain as well or want the pendant to fit one you already own.

Bespoke commissions start at £2,000, with a typical range of £7,500–£25,000. The final quote depends on the design, materials and diamonds. A 50% deposit is required before design begins, with the balance due before handover. We discuss the brief and agree the production timeline for your commission; the standard made-to-order estimate is not a promise for every bespoke project.

Our lifetime guarantee covers manufacturing faults, including faults discovered after delivery. If something does not seem right with your pendant, contact our team with your order number, clear photographs and an explanation of the issue. Eligible manufacturing faults are repaired or replaced free of charge. We will assess the issue and explain the next steps. The guarantee is not a promise that every repair, alteration or instance of accidental damage is free.

To care for your pendants, store your pendants separately to avoid scratches, keep them away from harsh chemicals, and remove them before strenuous activities that could damage a setting or catch a chain. Use a soft cloth for a gentle surface clean. Ask us before using an ultrasonic cleaner or abrasive jewellery products, particularly on pendants with decorative details or mixed materials.

Made-to-order pendants can be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit towards your next jewellery purchase, provided they are new and unworn. Contact us within that window before posting your jewellery back, and include the original packaging, accessories and documents. For eligible other purchases, we offer a 14-day exchange or refund option.

Personalised or genuinely custom-made pendants may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights. Simply making a standard design after it is ordered does not, by itself, remove your statutory rights. If your pendant is faulty or not as ordered, email info@icedlondon.com with your order number and photographs so we can assess it. Our pendants offer different shapes, proportions and metal or diamond specifications. Check the selected product option for the exact metal and stone type: a colour choice does not, on its own, describe the underlying metal. Available combinations vary, so use the options shown on the specific pendant rather than assuming all designs are identical.

Consider the pendant and chain together. Check the pendant dimensions, its opening and whether a chain is included in the listing. A substantial pendant needs a compatible chain and clasp; our team can help confirm the fit before you order.

Lab-grown diamonds are diamonds grown in a controlled environment; natural diamonds form in the earth. They share the same fundamental chemical composition and crystal structure. The difference is their origin, which also affects their price. Select the diamond option shown on the product page: not every design is offered with both lab-grown and natural diamonds.

For diamonds over one carat, we offer GIA or IGI certification. This refers to the individual diamond, not the combined carat weight of many smaller stones. Several carats of pavé diamonds set into pendants do not mean every small stone has an individual report. Our advisors can confirm the diamond specification and applicable certification for the pendant you are considering.

Start with the pendant’s dimensions and decide where you want it to sit. Try a tape measure or string at the intended chain length, allowing for the extra drop of the pendant. Compare the scale with a pendant you already wear, particularly if you are choosing a larger statement design.

The pendant opening must accommodate both the chain and the parts that pass through it, including the clasp where applicable. Width alone is not enough to confirm compatibility. If you already own a chain, send its dimensions and clear photos to our team so we can advise on the combination.
